For any transport protocols that
Reuters supports where TLS is leveraged (HTTPS, FTPS), is Reuters planning to
restrict TLS negotiation to TLS 1.2 anytime soon? Thus, any existing
connections that leverage versions less than TLS 1.2, e.g. TLS 1.1, will cease
to function.

clients to any version of TLS.
