[Python Eikon API]How retrieve net change data?

I am looking for a way to retrieve net change data with get_data
function.

I would like the same result as the following Eikon excel formula.

=TR("7203.T","NET_CHG(TR.CLOSEPRICE(Frq=D SDate=0D),
lag=-1D)","Frq=D SDate=0D CH=Fd RH=IN",E36)

Is it possible to retrieve the data?
