Excel add in dll

I'm having problem with excel add in. After eikon has been installed, I could see that the add in is loading during Excel start. However, no tab appears. Add in was active in the Excel Options. Disable/enable did not solve the problem. At some point I clicked Remove, and now I cannot find how to add it.

FAQ page says to look for ThomsonReuters.CommonOffice.Shim.dll or EikonOfficeShim.dll but I don't see those files. Where should I look for the add in file?

This issue is machine specific and requires troubleshooting, which cannot be done on the forum. I suggest you contact Thomson Reuters Helpdesk by either calling the Helpdesk number in your country or by using Contact Us capability in your Eikon application. The Helpdesk will be able help you.

ok, I found the file (basically re-installed everything). But add in is still not visible.

Did you check Manage/Excel Add-ins/Add-Ins available or Control Panel/Programs and Features/AddRemove Programs?
