Does anyone know what this error mean? I got from ezd.log

The EZD process has intercepted a login response failure to the client from host amers1.streaming-ec.cp.thomsonreuters.com on socket 10. Reason from source:Invalid ILA login(E0014)

Message Invalid ILA login(E0014) seems to be a problem between EZD and headend. I suggest you contact EZD support directly.

You can open a new support case to the team using MyRefinitiv and go to Get Support page and then choosing product Thomson Reuters Elektron Connect. The support team should be able to help you verify the setup.
