DSWS data type lookup

I see there is a field value ''DS.SYMBOLLOOKUP'' that allows searching for instruments. Is there anything which would provide the list of fields available for a mnenomic/ticker ? Or show what types of static or timeseries fields are available for either a instrument or category ?

There is no value which will enable searching for instruments or showing types of static or time series fields in the same form as "DS.SYMBOLLOOKUP". However there is a link to Datastream Navigator enabling you to search for instruments or data types, available on DSWS page under Dev. Tools:
