why one ric map to many QA ID? what is the difference between these QA IDs.

i get Asian PIC RICS.xlsx. but found one ric may map many QA IDs. what is the difference between these QA IDs. which QA ID can uniquely identify one stock in history? eg. ric FEI.AX map many QA ID (include @CFTEN2, @WOLFS5, @ASQFI1) after 2017-09-12 .
