DSWS Login

I'm trying to use the PyDSWS package with python.

I installed the package but the login does not seem to work.

I tried to do the login (as shown in the manual, see attachment) using the TR credentials but it does not work , so I am wondering if I forgot to do something.

Hi @davide.costanzo,

One of the reasons can be that your Datastream child ID is not entitled for Datastream WebService (DSWS).

I would suggest raising a ticket with our Content Helpdesk where you can share details on your credentials (Datastream child ID) and the team can review if you have permission for this service or is it another issue.

In order to expedite the resolution it would be helpful if you can also attach to the ticket the screenshot of error that you received.
