Datastream Web Services API - Data not available

My client is using the free of charge DSWS API ( Datastream Web Service). He is able to retrieve the data he wishes via his normal Eikon Datastream license ( Eikon R&A with DFO) or DWE but he cannot retrieve the data via the Datastream Web Services API. The tickers he is looking for are for example EM00Y00(ZY) EM00Y01(ZY) EM00Y02(ZY) EM00Y03(ZY) EM00Y04(ZY) EM00Y05(ZY) EM00Y06(ZY) EM02Y00(ZY) EM02Y01(ZY).     The instruments in question are sourced by ICAP and they have instructed Refinitiv that access to their content via Datastream Web Service (and DDL) requires special service. Clients are advised to contact their Account Managers in order to get access.
