Most probably you are using fields that hold last close value. With the syntax below you can see that the timestamp is not the current date.

ek.get_data('SGDSB6SO1Y=PREA',['TR.BIDPRICE.date','TR.BIDPRICE','TR.ASKPRICE'])

If you want to get real time values that are visible on the quote, you need to use real time fields. You can get them by hovering over the value on the quote.

The syntax would be

ek.get_data('SGDSB6SO1Y=PREA',['PRIMACT_1','SEC_ACT_1'])
