Not able to download the desired historical data?

I am unable to download 10 years of daily price data simultaneously for ['NBES.NS','JBES.NS','GBES.NS']. Only returning data since 2015. But I am able to download through eikon excel. Why this discrepancy?

    Do you request 10 years of daily data in a single API call for these 3 RIC codes?

    If so, you may hit the API limitation.

    Please review this limitation guideline at this URL.

    You can split the period into several API calls.
