off line install Python library of Eikon API

Hi Dear Support

The server to use Eikon API , is no any internet connection.

Could you help instruct where to download the needed Python library package in order to follow the step 3 mentioned in https://developers.refinitiv.com/eikon-apis/eikon-data-api/quick-start?content=43411&type=quick_start

The client can use pip with firewalls and proxies, as mentioned in this thread.

Or, the client can contact their IT team to download it and then install it on the machine, as mentioned in this thread.
