For content type questions, it is better to contact our helpdesk who have experts for the different regions/asset classes etc. Raise a Content type ticket (not an API/SFC ticket) to get routed to the correct team.

When you do raise the ticket include example RICs that you are using - as the FID may vary based on asset class / exchange etc

You may also be able to identify the correct FID (tag) by using the Data Model Discovery tool.
