error code 500 when trying to get time series.

Hi,

I am trying to get time series data form Eikon Python API. the code I used is:
req, err = ek.get_timeseries(permid9, ['TR.TRESGScore'], start_date = "2008-12-30", end_date = "2018-12-31", interval="yearly"), where permid9 is a list of string permanent IDs of S&P 500 constituents in 2009.

The code does not work and I get this error:
EikonError: Error code 500 | Backend error. 500 Internal Server Error

I have tried so many times and all kind of changes that you think of. it is not working...

Does anyone know any solution for this issue?
