Question about the Alias of Sanction Party in the WorldCheckData

We have question about the sanction data which UID=3343228, name ='Arash CABY'

it's a DPL list, and on the DPL official website there's a name ='AXEL CABY', but in the WorldCheck data file, it's only have 'CABY,Axel' at the Alias column, why is that there's no name 'AXEL CABY' just like the DPL official website shows?

I can see the Furtherinfo column have that names, but why you just put those names into the Alias column too?
