I have an ERT in Cloud client who has asked for the cloud solution, if there is a disconnection, how can they back fill the data that is missed?

As far as I know, there is no way to request past data which is published due to disconnection from the client side because ERT in Cloud provides real-time data.
The client should reach out to ERT in Cloud support team who can give the solution if any by submitting the query via Product Support | MyRefinitiv and select Product to be Elektron Real Time in Cloud .
