Missing Quotes for packages users have access to

I am accessing various commodity forward quotes in Python using EIKON api. I am able to get the quotes through excel using the eikon plug in. These commodities are part of a package. Could that cause an issue with python? They are occurring with industrial metal forwards.

    I'm afraid I'm not sure I understand the question. In general, if you're able to retrieve the data you're interested in using =TR function in Excel, then you should be able to retrieve this same data using Eikon Data APIs. If this does not answer your question, would you mind providing an example of the data you're interested in. The best example would be in the form of the function you use in Excel to retrieve the data, provided the formula contains all the values for the parameters (as opposed to cell references).
