Error Code 500 Internal Server Error/ UDF Core request failed Gateway Time Out

Find these errors appearing in today's workflow. Have been fairly stable over many months.

Connected to the APAC datacenter.

Have logged a ticket with the support desk. Tried the usual recovery processes - logging out, restarting, smaller data requests, longer periods between successive requests.

    The error you got was generated from the backend due to some technical issues.

    These backend issues will be handled by the product support team and you will receive update on the ticket you raised.


    On the application/developer part, you could try to recover from such error using Try/Except block of code.
