I received this "Error code 429 | Client Error: Too many requests, please try again later. Wait for 53595 seconds." this morning. But I have to run the code to pull the data urgently. Is there a way to unlock the 13-hour wait and fix this issue?

For this incident, please contact your Refinitiv CSM.
I am not aware / have not heard of the process to unlock the limitation but your CSM may be able to find an appropriate team that handles this? (Note that I cannot confirm if this can be done.)
