Found a delisted ric for a stock that still exists

For the company 7C Solarparken I found a RIC HRPJe.DE that seems to be delisted. There is a new RIC though HRPKk.DE that still exists. How come?

    As far as I can see, this company had numerous capital change events throughout its history. In 2015 it had a name change from Colexon Energy to 7C Solarparken AG. Later in 2015 and 2016 it executed a capital increase. As part of this capital increase new shares of the company were issued and listed on Deutsche Boerse under ticker HRPJ (ISIN DE000A2AAEN9, WKN A2AAEN). These shares were then converted to the old shares under the ticker HRPK (ISIN DE000A11QW68, WKN A11QW6) and delisted. If you need further details, please contact Refinitiv Helpdesk.
