Client is using RFA JAVA to connect to EED to retrieve data. On Jan 9th EED EDGESHA0133 has an update of hardware and after the upgrade client found they cannot get some of the RIC update on Jan 11th . Sample RIC is AUD=. After restarting the application, client got service restored. Checked with Enterprise team and Edge device is working normally. But they found that client’s RIC list of subscription is less than it was from EED dump file after the upgrade. According to client’s side, they made no changes and they could also see AUD= message requesting for update. Since the client is quite important to us, we might need help from Dev team to check why the issue happened. Attached is the logs of Jan9th and Jan11th.
