My codebook server keeps failing. I have been trying this since yesterday.
I have tried
1.) Restarting my Eikon desktop client
2.) Tried https://workspace.refinitiv.com/web
3.) Tried https://eikon.refinitiv.com .
It fails everywhere.
@pyquant Sorry to hear about your issue - I have opened up a customer support case: 10026096 on your behalf as we cannot help with codebook infrastructure issues. They should be contacting you shortly. In my experience - this could be resolved after a couple of attempts - but its not ideal so the team will be in touch. I hope this can help.
