Sequence of Requests to follow And How to make decision

I am working in the Pilot enviroment and I need your help.

Q1. the sequence that we have to follow in order to get the relevant information from an Individual or organization : synchronous

1. SEQ-pre-groups: Get my top-level groups
2. SEQ-pre-group: Get a specific group by ID
3. SEQ-pre-group-case-template: Get the case template for a group
4. SEQ-case-check-caseid-availablity: Check caseId availability
5. SEQ-case-create-simple: Save a very simple case
6. SEQ-screen-sync-simple: Perform Synchronous Screening: Simple

Is this the correct?

Q2. What is the role of the audit log ? Are we obliged to use the audit service ?

Q3. SEQ-screen-sync-simple: Perform Synchronous Screening: Simple

How we can exploit the results from the screeningRequest to take decision ?
