I've been using this formula: ek.get_timeseries(['ARSMPR=BCRA'], fields = ['CLOSE'], start_date = '2020-01-01') but this week it began to show the message: "EikonError: Error code -1 | ARSMPR=BCRA: No data available for the requested date range | " and now sometimes work but generally not.

@psanches So I can replicate the issue. I have raised a ticket for this (Case Number: 10982534) but in the meantime you can get the data using our RDP Historical Pricing Service which is also available. You need to pip install refinitiv.dataplatform libraries first:

import refinitiv.dataplatform as rdp
rdp.open_desktop_session('YOUR APPKEY HERE')

df = rdp.get_historical_price_summaries('ARSMPR=BCRA',
                                        start='2020-01-16T19:14:00',
                                        end = '2022-02-22T19:18:00',
