Hi,

I'm trying access the stock info, but error message is shown up.

I wonder If it right to write my email address in App Display Name for getting App Key.

From the beginning part, there's error.!!

My code is as below

import eikon as ek

eikon.set_app_key('***********')

Hello @marilive612 ,

Double-check that you are running your python code on the same physical machine where your Eikon/Workspace is running. Eikon proxy is part of your desktop.
