DatastreamPy resquest does not work (connection ok, but requests output none)

Hi

I fail to use the get_data function. I installed the DatastreamPy via pip with my proxy.

Looking into the DS_response file, I duly get the connection and get a token but the request output is "None".

Checked also in your test page https://developers.refinitiv.com/en/api-catalog/eikon/datastream-web-service to do a request but get the message that my access is suspended... But still I can use Datastream requests in XLS with no pb.

Any hint ?

Are you trying to execute the get_data API call from this page: http://product.datastream.com/DswsClient/Docs/TestRestV1.aspx ?

If so, and if the response is "access is suspended", then we are unable to help you on this forum. I would recommend that you contact your Refinitiv account manager, to get appropriate permissions.
