Datastream DSWS api / Legacy IP address

Hi all.

At my company, we are using Datastream DSWS api from years, through C# code.

Everything was working well until yesterday (28/04). But today 29/04, any request from us is not working and we are getting the following message:

"User [my_user_id] access temporarily suspended. Account is temporarily suspended. API access is being access via a legacy IP address."

I suppose something has changed on your side on the whitelisting of IP.

Can you help me on this?

It may relate to this PCN11461.

From September 2021 – the IP addresses behind the https://product.datastream.com/ URLs will change and the https://datastream.thomsonreuters.com/ URL will be switched off. Users will also need to switch https. 

You need to contact the Refinitiv Datastream Web Service support team directly via MyRefintiv to unlock the account and verify the IP addresses.

Thanks for your quick answer.
We test the 3 new IP under the URL, and it's working from our side (no firewall block).
So i suppose we just have to ask the Datastream Web Service support team to whitelist our public IPs.
