one of client is asking if there is a notification message after state status change from Suspect to OK ?

I don't think we have it.

However, it could have the status or update messages sent before the item status change from Suspect to OK. For example:

If the item's suspect is from the channel down, the application can get the login status message when the channel is up before the item state changes from Suspect to OK. Please refer to the consumer example 333 to register the login stream
If the item's suspect is from the service down, the application can get the source directory update message when the service is up before the item state changes from Suspect to OK. Please refer to the consumer example 331 to register the source directory stream
