Does the ETA ConsPerf tool support RTO?

Does the ETA ConsPerf tool support RTO? and properly handle token refresh. Or any similar tool to identify the throughput between an EMA application/running env to RTO?

I checked the README file of those tools and found that they don't support RTO.
