Excel COM API "Server response is not valid"

Is anyone getting or had this error using =TR(...) function? If so how did you solved the issue?

    The case 13308733 is fixed by configuring the server for the client.

    Unfortunately your reply did not help. A ticket has been open since last Tuesday and a solution to the issue has not been found.


    My post here was to see if there was someone in the forum that was able to solve the issue by themselves and not by contacting Refinitiv Helpdesk.

    Anyhow, thanks for opening a ticket and for your reply, although I feel this is a developer related question as I am trying to automate process where the API is also involved. All this is based on programming and the code failure is when it reach the COM and this is because the above error gets thrown
