Does Refinitiv plan to migrate from TLS 1.2 to TLS 1.3 or support TLS 1.3?

Deutsche Börse is currently preparing the B7 application (Buy In Agent) for TLS 1.3. During our connectivity test to https://selectapi.datascope.refinitiv.com, we discovered that Refinitiv doesn't seem to support this TLS version yet.

Therefore, our question is: Does Refinitiv plan to migrate from TLS 1.2 to TLS 1.3 or support TLS 1.3? And if so, what is the schedule for this?
