  • Hello @chakrapani.yeldi

There are the Data Notification API and Alerts API products. They are part of the Delivery Platform APIs (aka Data Platform, aka RDP).

Please contact your LSEG representative or Account Manager to help you with the RDP access.

    Data Notification API:

Through the introduction of the Notifi API, LSEG is transforming and improving the way customer notifications (data notifications (DNs) and product change notifications (PCNs)) are published. The Notifi API offers a more standardized solution by allowing you to integrate customer notifications directly into your workflows and user interfaces.

The service can be accessed via a pull API from LSEG’s API Playground and is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Notifications are delivered in JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) format for easy data interpretation and integration.

See more detail on the Notifi API User Guide page.

    Alerts API:

The Alerts API is designed to keep you informed with real-time updates on service incidents and planned maintenance that impact LSEG products, content, and services. This API delivers crucial information about:

    • -Service disruptions
    • -Service updates
    • -Planned and emergency maintenance activities

Hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Alerts API provides data in JSON format via the REST API method, ensuring seamless integration into your systems. This data mirrors what is available through MyAccount, email, and mobile applications, but in a machine-readable format for further processing.

Key features of the Alerts API include:

    • Real-time alerts in a machine-readable format
    • Easy integration with other systems, minimizing manual intervention
    • Delivery via RDP API in JSON format
    • Coverage of all public alerts

By leveraging the Alerts API, you can ensure that your systems are always up to date with the latest service information, allowing for proactive management and response.

See more detail on the Alerts API User Guide page.

    I hope this helps.
