I got a response from the product team.
This is not on the roadmap for this year 2023. It may be added in 2024 but we can only confirm the roadmap at the end of this year.
Hi @Jirapongse
I do have similar query. When will RHEL9 as well as Windows 11 to be covered on api-compatibility-matrix ( As of Sep , the latest version of the document, both OS are not covered yet)
Wonder if you could help to ask product team and see if there is any news ?
Please let us know if we have any plans to support RHEL9 and Windows 11 in 2024.
Hi @Jirapongse , @noboru.maruyama01
RHEL9 is planned for early to mid next year 2024.
Regarding Windows 11 I will come back to you shortly.
Hi @Jirapongse ; @noboru.maruyama01
Regarding Windows 11; we qualify APIs on Windows Server versions and not on Windows desktop versions. This is not a requirement that we see from our customers.
We may have request from some customers to quolify on Windows 11 desktop. Please advise how we can raise such request ?
Thank you
RHEL 7 support ends soon. What is plan for RHEL 9?
