We have an application that subscribes to Refinitiv tickers to receive live rates which would then be used by our system for pricing products. As of today 13 March 2023, we have not received any refresh or update messages to update the fields pertaining to ticker "SORA=MAST". Please help to look into the issue and it would be much appreciated if the ticker is updated

I ran the EMA example to subscribe to SORA=MAST. The example got a refresh message but it hasn't received update messages.
The latest update was sent at 00:59:15 GMT.
Therefore, you should be able to get a refresh message after making a subscription.
