401 in create screening in bulk API i.e. cases/saveAndScreen

we have integrated WC1 API into our CRM backend on asp.net.
I am trying to create screening case in bulk, for all data it's creating the screening case.
but there is a data set for which it's giving me 401 remote server error.

what's can be the issue here?
