Account management and creation

Hi,

This is a broad initial query to find out if there is an API or other route to enable the automated creation of user accounts on the Refinitv platform.

We're looking for ways to streamline the onboarding/offboarding process for users, ideally this would mean we create a web-based form within our organisation that submits via an API or similar to your platform.

Is this something you might have available?

Hi @Martin.Coton ,

As far as I know, Refinitiv Workspace/Eikon Desktop account management and creation cannot be created using an API. For more detail regarding the product, you can contact your account representative or raise a product ticket via MyRefinitiv
