Invalid credentials while authenticating user Refinitiv DataScope Select - REST API

I am using credentials of refinitive GUI dashboard to authenticate Authentication/RequestToken API. But while passing the same credentials getting invalid credentials 401 response.

First, please check the format of the request message.

If the format is correct, your account may not have permission to access the API. Please contact your Refinitiv Account team to verify the permission.

Thanks for the response. I've verified headers and request body I am using with reference to details you've added and I did not find any difference it might be permission issue.
I will contact with account team and get update from their end.
