Can I get a list of RICs that is availabe under each PDP code via API. If yes, how can this be done for real time (RTMDS, RTDS & RTO) & DSS users? What are the possibilites for a Refinitiv client to get all the RICs available for a certain/each PDP code?

You can't get RICs under PDP from Real-Time APIs. I think DSS doesn't have this feature. You may need to contact the Datascope Select support team directly via MyRefinitiv to confirm it.
We have an Explore Entitlements (DACS) tool on MyRefinitiv to explore relationships between RIC, PE, and PDP codes.
