/groups/{groupId}/resolutionToolkits

Hi Team,

We have got 2 sets of resolution toolkits (watchlist,client watchlist) by using end point

/groups/{groupId}/resolutionToolkits

Our query is, in what scenario we can resolved a case with client watchlist toolkit? Our mandatory provider is watch list.

Please help.

Hi @urmimala.ghosh,

When creating a case, are you passing "CLIENT_WATCHLIST" as a provider in addition to "WATCHLIST"? In this case, the resolution toolkit of "CLIENT_WATCHLIST" can be used to resolve it. In case, you are not using this provider, you can ignore the resolution toolkit of "CLIENT_WATCHLIST". Thank you.
