Hello @vishal.anand

Thank you for reaching out to us. The testclient (previously known as rmdstestclient) and the Infra Tools package have dropped Windows support for a while. Now the Tools support Linux OS only.

If you want to use the testclient in Windows, there is the Infra Tools Docker Image that can run with Docker on Windows OS. You can create the Infra Tools Docker container which contains all tools including the testclient and connects to your local RTDS or RTO with the same command as run on native Linux.

You can find more detail about Infra Tools Docker Image from this article (the article is based on the RTO connection, but connecting to RTDS should be the same as normal testclient.
