Frequency selection Refinitiv Datastream Excel

Hello,

I am using Refinitiv Datastream add-in on excel to obtain monthly data (for example: ROA) for a group of companies however when I select frequency as monthly, the data I obtain is the yearly data duplicated for each month. I am pretty sure that Refinitiv has the monthly data however I do not seem to be able to obtain it.

Case 12809048 is closed with the following resolution

Upon checking, Worldscope Datatype WC08326 only updates Annually. Even if we select monthly as a frequency, the data would only be padded as this Datatype only updates once, annually. Please find enclosed spreadsheet with sample download of data as requested for Daily, Monthly and Annual frequency.
