Search for RICs by Bloomberg ID/Identifier

One of our customers has Bloomberg IDs in his data we are going to process. For that data we need market data for further processing. Is there any way to look up RIC codes by using Bloomberg identifiers (Ticker codes / Bloomberg ID, ...)?

Unfortunately DSS product does not have any such capability to lookup using Bloomberg identifiers.

Bloomberg and Refinitiv do not cross reference each other data for commercial reasons
