Symbology Library Just Went Down

About 15 minutes ago, the Symbology library just went down. I'm now unable to get the RIC, ticker, and company name info.

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" is the error I get when using the Symbology library

May I ask what you mean by the Symbology library? is this in Python? If so, which library did you import and what version was it?
