On Workspace, you can find this data on the Workspace Desktop App 'OPW' named Option Watch.
To programmatically find this info. via APIs, we wrote an articles that goes through exactly that:

Implied Volatility and Greeks of Index 'At The Money' Options: Part 1
Do let us know if they have the information you are after.
I would advise using the Search API, as per that last article listed above.
