Why is my LSEG workspace not getting connected. It is just showing connecting.... since past few hours

Do you mean your LSEG Workspace desktop application not connected to the platform? If so, I strongly suggest you contact the Workspace support team to verify the connection issue. You can contact the Workspace support team via the https://my.refinitiv.com/content/mytr/en/productsupport.html website.
