I suggest to use Refinitiv Data Library for .Net. The examples are available on GitHub.
You can try the 2.8.01-FundamentalAndReference_Basics.cs sample. You can use the Data Item Browser tool to search for available fields and parameters.
You can also contact the helpdesk via MyRefinitiv and ask for the formula which can be used in Excel to retrieve the required data. Then, you can use the same fields and parameters with Refinitiv Data Library for .Net.
