Value update frequency

When getting information from GET API at https://api-worldcheck.refinitiv.com/v2/reference/records/{reference_id} , sometimes there would be information with value "To be determined."

For example, if sending GET API to https://api-worldcheck.refinitiv.com/v2/reference/records/e_tr_wci_8089739, there are 2 "To be determined" value at field "details.text" where "details.detailType" are "BIOGRAPHY" and "IDENTIFICATION".

What I would want to ask is that when would the field value becomes... determined? Is there any schedule that the information would be filled by? (Like, 1 week, 1 month etc.)

World-Check data is continuously updated to ensure accuracy and reliability, drawing from reputable sources such as watch lists, government records, and media searches. All information is sourced from the public domain as it becomes available.

For this particular record, it was first added to World-Check in Sep 2024 with Interpol as the source. Additional details, like Biography and Identification data, will be updated based on public domain information and our service level objectives (SLO). Once more information is found, we will update the record accordingly.
