Our Worldcheck one API is not working, we are unable to retrieve any matches, is there are anything we need to check from our side,
when we log in to the worldcheck one website we are able to search data and retrieve the matches.

Thanks for the response. Issue was due to the mismatch in Server time, so we corrected it, now it is working fine.

Can you please provide some more details on the issue you are facing?When you are saying unable to retrieve matches could you check what it is actually receiving ?Are you getting any error message?

We tried the sample provided in PostMan app. But we're not getting any response from the World Check One API. I'm not sure whether the issue is on our side or world check one API.
We're unable to fetch the Group ID as well as case ID and it's matches.

Just for confirmation are you using pilot environment?If yes then just now we checked and its working fine.Can you please check the api key and api secret again and still if you found any error please send us the screen shot along with api key and api secret.

Please verify if you have put the right URL,API key and API Secret in the environment variables.Also please check switch on the interceptor on your postman as shown in the attached screen shot.
