We are trying to poll data applying a limit of 5K RICs per request in MBO. We tried for HKG exchange of date 18-08-2017 and for the first request it took around 18 minutes to poll the data alone. Considering the number of RICs we have the limit is small. Is there any way to do the polling faster? However while we try to go beyond 5K limit and tried 10K/15K/20K/25K limit each time we are getting gateway timeout error. Please help.

MBO data generation is taking good amount of time for 5K RICs
Could you provide the reproduction steps such as curl command, request message, RIC list? What is the endpoint you use for poll data? Was the error returned from the /Extractions/ExtractRawResult(ExtractionId='<Extraction Id>') endpoint?
We follow the steps as mentioned in the link (https://community.developers.refinitiv.com/questions/16520/mbo-file-type-template.html). We can provide you the RIC list, but we can't provide any attachment here as the size is larger than allowed.
@Ayan, for us to debug why it failed, can you please make a large request (beyond the 5K limit) using an additional header called X-Client-Session-Id (you can set the value to anything unique you like).
If it does not fail try a larger one, but with a different value for the additional header called X-Client-Session-Id (each call you make for this debugging exercise needs a different value for this header).
For the request(s) that fail, provide us with the relevant Id(s) you used.
Then we can look in the logs and see what happened with the failed extraction(s).

I have received the command and request message, and then discussed this issue via direct email. Below is the update information.
- Once I try the 10K RIC request, there is no issue. Data has been generated within 16 minutes.
- The gatway timeout error has been received from the ExtractRaw endpoint.
