Hi @josa

Entitlements are configured by your DACS administrator and are usually based on product groupings , so for example to entitle a user to all the instruments from an exchange, they would typically be permissioned for multiple products which between them cover all the exchange instruments.

The reason for the products is to allow finer control of what a user is entitled and thereby keep the data usage exchange fees for each user down to a minimum - since an individual user may only require access to a small subset of everything available from an exchange.
