In one pass, How to validate particular user ?

In one pass, entering name, country and Unique Identification Number, how to validate user information ? And I am unable to get information that user is valid or not in SEQ-5a: Fetch full case details by using case Id.

Using SEQ-5b: Get screening results you can get the user information.
